  3. The Title Page is the first page of your proposal. It serves as an introduction to your project/program.

  7. • The title should be descriptive of the project. 
  8. • Try to make the name of your project exciting (8 words maximum)
  9. • Make a good visual impression. Use a photo (Women & children are very good. So are animals.), your logo, or a graphic.
  10. • Include RFP (Request For Proposal) number (if a response).

  12. Note: Some prospective donors, such as the Federal Government, provide a cover sheet that you are required to use. Other prospective donors provide a format for the Title Page, which may be called a “cover sheet.”
